- The CONMEBOL Competitions and Operations Department has confirmed the dates for the 2026 CONMEBOL Libertadores Semi-finals.
- Fluminense will face Palmeiras, while Estudiantes will meet Flamengo again after their encounters in the previous edition.
The four teams still in contention for ‘La Gloria Eterna’ now know their schedule on the road to the grand Final on 28 November in Montevideo, Uruguay. Following a thrilling Quarter-final stage, the CONMEBOL Libertadores enters its decisive phase with two ties featuring clubs that have regularly played leading roles in recent editions of the competition.
The action will resume on Wednesday, 14 October, when Fluminense host Palmeiras in the opening leg of an all-Brazilian tie. Both teams will look to take an important first step towards the continental showpiece and move closer to another appearance in South America’s biggest club match.
One day later, on Thursday, 15 October, Estudiantes will host Flamengo in La Plata. The match will add another chapter to a rivalry between two teams that also faced each other in the previous edition and in this season’s Group Stage, and will now meet again at a decisive point in the competition.
The Semi-finals will determine the two clubs that will travel to Montevideo to compete for the title at the Estadio Centenario, the venue chosen for the 2026 CONMEBOL Libertadores Final.

First leg: Wednesday, 14 October at 21:30 at the Maracanã Stadium, Rio de Janeiro.
Second leg: Wednesday, 21 October at 21:30 at the NuBank Parque, São Paulo.
Estudiantes vs Flamengo
First leg: Thursday, 15 October at 21:30 at a venue to be confirmed.
Second leg: Thursday, 22 October at 21:30 at the Maracanã Stadium, Rio de Janeiro.
