General Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS — CONMEBOL PLATFORMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CONMEBOL Platforms, including websites, mobile applications and digital services operated by CONMEBOL.

Languages: Spanish, Portuguese and English versions are available. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Use of the Platforms is complemented by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Platforms, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platforms.

CONMEBOL may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

2. Registration and Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old
  • Information provided must be accurate and complete
  • Accounts may be suspended if data is incorrect
  • Same login may be used across Platforms
  • Mobile apps are subject to third-party store terms

3. Third-Party Authentication

If you log in via third-party services, CONMEBOL may receive certain personal data. Changes in those permissions may affect your account.

4. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for your password
  • You must notify any unauthorized access

5. Access by Children

Registration of users under 18 years old is not permitted. Guardians are responsible for supervising content access.

6. Content

CONMEBOL Content

Owned or licensed by CONMEBOL and provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

User Content

Users are responsible for their content and must not violate laws or third-party rights.

By publishing content, you grant CONMEBOL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

7. Games and Contests

Participation in games and interactive experiences requires registration and is limited to users aged 18 or older.

CONMEBOL may modify or cancel any activity when necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks and content (including CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana) are owned by CONMEBOL and protected by law.

9. Platform Changes

CONMEBOL may modify or discontinue the Platforms at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy

User data such as name, email, date of birth and country may be collected to manage accounts and improve services.

Use of the Platforms implies acceptance of the Privacy and Cookie Policies.

11. Disclaimer

The Platforms are provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CONMEBOL against claims resulting from breach of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

CONMEBOL is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platforms, except where required by law.

14. Termination

Access to the Platforms may be suspended or terminated at any time.

15. Notices

Updates will be published on the Platforms.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and CONMEBOL.

17. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
