CONMEBOL has confirmed the dates, kick-off times and venues for the 2026 CONMEBOL Libertadores Round of 16, which will mark the return of the competition following the conclusion of the Group Stage. The continent’s top 16 teams now know the path they must navigate at the beginning of the decisive phase, with two-legged ties promising intensity, history and high-profile clashes on the road to ‘Eternal Glory’.

The competition will resume on August 11 with the match between Fluminense and Independiente Rivadavia at the Maracanã Stadium, alongside two other fixtures scheduled for the same day. From that point onwards, the CONMEBOL Libertadores will once again bring together clubs with rich traditions and emerging teams looking to take another step forward in South America’s premier club competition, with the ultimate goal of reaching the grand final on November 28 in Montevideo.
